These overnight oats are a fast and fresh start to the morning. Prepare a batch or two the night before and it'll be ready to eat first thing! And since there's no cooking required, it's a super simple Mother's Day breakfast that even the kids can make. Prefer it warm, heat on the oven in a pot until thoroughly heated.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserving a few strawberry slices for garnish) and gently stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator, covered, overnight or for at least an hour.
- In the morning, removed the bowl, gently stir again, then top with a few slices of strawberries and a splash of milk or cream if desired. Serve immediately.
