- In a blender, combine the orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Fill each champagne flute approximately halfway with the juice mixture.
- Fill the remainder of each glass with sparkling wine.
- On a toothpick, place a chunk of pineapple, a slice of strawberry, and a chunk of pineapple. Garnish the glass with the fruit.
