Cabbage leaves wrapped around a meat mixture in a roasted tomato sauce.
- Separate cabbage leaves and steam until limp, 10 minutes, let cool
- Mix 1 cup of prepared spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup of water, spread on bottom of roasting pan. Mix Hamburger, rice, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Place about 1/3 cup of meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf. Fold bottom of leaf up over meat, fold in sides and roll. Place roll seam side down in bottom of roasting pan.
- Mix remaining sauce and water an pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and cook at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
