  1. Brown hamburger with raw onions Drain add cooked rice and mix well
  2. Cut tops off peppers take core out Stuff peppers with mixture Put lids back on peppers secure with toothpicks
  3. In lg baking pan pour v-8 juice and tomoto paste Add spices Whip till blended
  4. Place stuff peppers in sauce Add any left over meat mixture in sauce Cover with aluminum foil
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hour or until peppers are tender Serve with baked potato and garlic bread Enjoy
