Red and green stuffed bell peppers

Directions
- Brown hamburger with raw onions Drain add cooked rice and mix well
- Cut tops off peppers take core out Stuff peppers with mixture Put lids back on peppers secure with toothpicks
- In lg baking pan pour v-8 juice and tomoto paste Add spices Whip till blended
- Place stuff peppers in sauce Add any left over meat mixture in sauce Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hour or until peppers are tender Serve with baked potato and garlic bread Enjoy
