From savory too sweet with this spin on a Tuscan bread salad turned over to fresh fruit.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon and toss with cubed bread.
- Heat a large sauté pan on medium low heat, add butter and melt. Toss bread in cinnamon sugar and toast in sauté pan until slightly browned. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, gently toss together bread, fresh fruit, goat cheese and mint to combine.
- Top with walnuts and Food Lion Whipped Topping (if desired).
