Super Easy Fluffy Biscuits

Fluffy, Light Homemade Biscuits

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease muffin pan with a non-stick spray.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients: (flour & baking powder) Mix well. Add milk & mayo. Mix well. Mixture will be thin.
  4. With a large serving spoon, place one spoon into each muffin cup. Divide into 5 of the muffin cups equally.
  5. Take back side of the spoon & swirl top of biscuit mix. This gives the biscuit a nice top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
