Fluffy, Light Homemade Biscuits
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease muffin pan with a non-stick spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients: (flour & baking powder) Mix well. Add milk & mayo. Mix well. Mixture will be thin.
- With a large serving spoon, place one spoon into each muffin cup. Divide into 5 of the muffin cups equally.
- Take back side of the spoon & swirl top of biscuit mix. This gives the biscuit a nice top.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
