This sweet and spicy cauliflower is a delicious way to get your recommended servings of vegetables. Just sweet enough to balance the spicy sriracha kick, they're certain to be a hit with anyone who likes a little heat on their plate.
- Add the sriracha, agave, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Place cauliflower florets in the bowl and toss until all florets are coated.
- Transfer cauliflower onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and place in an oven heated to 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- When cauliflower begins to darken at edges, remove from oven and serve immediately.
