- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
- Put the green beans into a microwave-proof dish. Add 1 tablespoon water. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- Add the green beans and remaining salad ingredients to the dressing and stir until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate to chill before serving.
