Here's a refreshing salad perfect for a hot, summer day. The just-right blend of flavors, dramatic colors, and do-ahead capabilities make this a stellar dish for entertaining.


Select ingredients:


  1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Put the green beans into a microwave-proof dish. Add 1 tablespoon water. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  3. Add the green beans and remaining salad ingredients to the dressing and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
