Sweet Mustard Glazed Salmon

Healthy grilled salmon brushed with a sweet ginger mustard glaze.


Select ingredients:


  1. Melt the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add ginger, mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest and coconut oil. Whisk to combine.
  3. Heat seasoned cast iron stove top grill plate (or cast iron pan) over medium heat.
  4. Brush both sides of salmon with coconut oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon skin side down and brush the pink side with mustard sauce.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  7. Squeeze lemon over fish when it comes off of the heat and serve.
