Sweet peas are a great, natural source of protein, calcium, Vitamins A & C and iron. These are essential building blocks for your baby's health and this simple puree will help your baby grow to be healthy and strong.


Select ingredients:


  1. Defrost the peas according to package directions. Strain peas and reserve 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Transfer the peas and water to a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water to achieve your desired consistency.
