A delicious, easy to follow sweet potato casserole recipe with a crunchy pecan topping. Bakes in 35 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 3 quart casserole dish.
- In large bowl mix sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, 1/2 cup melted butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into greased casserole dish.
- In small bowl mix 1/2 cup melted butter, flour, brown sugar and chopped pecans. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
