- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Using an electric hand mixer, blend sugar, eggs, vanilla and spices. Add milk gradually to achieve a creamy consistency. Put in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Make the topping by combining the butter, brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans. Crumble the topping over sweet potatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
