A fun twist on traditional tacos that is bursting with flavor.
- In a large skillet cook meat until brown and drain. Add onion, garlic powder and chili powder to beef and cook for 5 mins.
- Add salsa, tomato sauce and water to beef mixture and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package.
- Serve beef mixture over rice and top with any garnishes of choice.
