Love tacos? Love pasta? Then you will certainly love taco stuffed shells with cream cheese! Top it off with your favorite veggies and enjoy this affordable family meal!

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Bake the jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain the pot and spread the cooked shells onto a greased baking sheet to avoid them sticking to each other.
  3. Cook the ground beef, white onion, and taco seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium heat, until beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir the salsa and softened cream cheese into the ground beef. Remove the skillet from the heat, and set aside.
  5. Spoon half of the enchilada sauce into a 9x13 pan, spreading it out to coat the entire bottom of the pan. Working one at a time, stuff the cooked jumbo pasta shells with the ground beef mixture, then lay directly into the pan. Repeat until all jumbo shells are filled.
  6. Spoon the remaining enchilada sauce over the stuffed pasta shells, then top the stuffed shells with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot & enjoy!
