Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Bake the jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain the pot and spread the cooked shells onto a greased baking sheet to avoid them sticking to each other.
- Cook the ground beef, white onion, and taco seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium heat, until beef is browned and cooked through.
- Stir the salsa and softened cream cheese into the ground beef. Remove the skillet from the heat, and set aside.
- Spoon half of the enchilada sauce into a 9x13 pan, spreading it out to coat the entire bottom of the pan. Working one at a time, stuff the cooked jumbo pasta shells with the ground beef mixture, then lay directly into the pan. Repeat until all jumbo shells are filled.
- Spoon the remaining enchilada sauce over the stuffed pasta shells, then top the stuffed shells with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot & enjoy!
