- Roll shrimp in mixture of Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning and flour. Pan sear shrimp in butter until crispy.
- Melt butter in separate pan and add cream. Slowly add flour until mixture thickens. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Squeeze lemon juice and freshly grated lemon zest. Spoon onto plate and garnish with cooked shrimp. Serve immediately.
