- Preheat oven to 350.Mix flour and bread crumbs and coat thighs, put oil in frying pan over medium heat and fry just until browned on both sides.
- Put thighs in 9x13 glass casserole dish and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in mixing bowl with whisk.Pour mixture over thighs and make sure they are covered with sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes
