- In a bowl, combine soy, orange juice, ginger, coconut, and spices. Add wings and mix well, so that each wing has been fully coated in sauce. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Place wings skin side down over a medium hot grill. Grill until skin is crispy, about 4 minutes, and turn once. Grill 4 minutes more and remove from grill.
- Meanwhile, simmer the remaining marinate until it reduces by 1/3 and coats the back of a spoon, about ten minutes.
- Toss cooked wings in reserved sauce and serve immediately.
