  1. Slice half the cabbage and 1/8 of the red cabbage into small pieces.
  2. Add in carrots, cumin, chopped cilantro, chili powder, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
  3. Add sliced jalapeños to taste.
  4. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
