Put a spin on average tater tots by baking them into this beef and tater bake with ground beef, cheese, onions, broccoli, and tomatoes. Get the recipe!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread tater tots evenly in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain. Stir in seasonings, soup, milk, broccoli, ¾ cup of fried onions, ½ cup of cheese and the chopped tomato. Heat through, then pour over potatoes.
  3. Bake, covered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered until cheese has melted (5-10 minutes).
