Teriyaki Pork and Spinach

Easy one-dish dinner that's on the table in under 30 minutes.

- In a large frying pan, heat olive oil on Medium heat. Add onion, pork strips, most of the teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until onion is tender and pork is cooked through. About 8 minutes.
- Add spinach and remaining teriyaki sauce to top and reduce heat to Low. Cover. Let steam for about 3 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until spinach is wilted. Serve immediately.
