A light thai inspired version of a meatball.
- 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2. Combine ginger, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor and process until a smooth paste forms. Add egg whites, fish sauce (or soy) and ground beef and pulse until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
