The perfect side for anyone looking to cut down on some carbs, these radishes can easily take the place of roasted potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 450 degrees.
  2. Toss radishes with thyme leaves and olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Place radishes in an oven safe baking dish and roast for 30 minutes, tossing after 20 minutes for even cooking. Serve alongside meat and fish.
