This creamy tomato mixed with authentic Indian spices from Patak’s®, is a universal crowd-pleaser and flavorful twist for your grilled chicken.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
Cut chicken into pieces that are about 1-inch x 2-inches.
Thread on skewers. (Note: If using wooden skewers, submerge and soak in water for 30 minutes before using.)
Grill skewers 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat, turning once until done. Brush chicken with sauce once or twice during grilling.
To serve, heat about 1 cup of sauce until warm. Transfer to a bowl (or small individual bowls). Serve with chicken skewers.
