Toasted Ham and Gouda Sandwich

Crispy bread and melty cheese, what more could you want in a sandwich?

Directions

  1. Take all slices of bread and spread with the mustard-may sauce.
  2. Scatter half of the slices with chives and layer ham, tomato and cheese.
  3. With sauce side down cover with rest of bread slice and spread butter on the tops of the sandwiches.
  4. Toast sandwiches, buttered side up, in a buttered skillet. Cover and cook until toasted, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip, cover and cook for at least another 3-4 minutes or until toasted.
