Make lunchtime a little extra special for your family without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. With this Roast Beef & Cheddar Melt recipe, you can enjoy warm toasted sandwiches made with an easy homemade aioli spread and quality deli meat and cheese. And they’ll only take ten minutes total to make. Then, for serving, grab a bag of your family’s favorite flavor of Wise® potato chips to pair with your sandwiches. Onion and Garlic, Lightly Salted and Original would all pair perfectly with this sandwich recipe.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Make the onion aioli by whisking together onion soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and green onion in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the bottom half of each roll with onion aioli mixture. Top with roast beef and cheddar cheese and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Transfer sandwiches to preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with more aioli, pickle chips and top half of roll. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: Add crunchy lettuce and juicy tomato for added flavor! Serve with Wise® potato chips for a complete meal.
