This tom yum soup is inspired by Asian cuisine and surprisingly easy to make! With Food Lion's Tom Yum Broth and yummy shrimp, it should be called Tom Yum-my Shrimp Soup!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine broth, garlic, sugar and crushed red pepper.
  2. Place over high heat to bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low.
  3. Add bok choy, tomatoes, and mushrooms, simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp; simmer until shrimp is barely opaque, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
