Tostada Burger with Pickle Salsa

Remix your open face burger! Topped with tangy mayo sauce and peppy pickle salsa, this is not your usual backyard burger.


Select ingredients:


  1. To make a sauce- Combine mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, and 2 tablespoons pickle juice. Set aside.
  2. To create salsa – In a separate bowl, combine pickles, avocado, tomato and red onion. Set aside.
  3. Toast tortillas on the grill for 5 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Cook burgers for about 8 minutes, turning once, or until done.
  4. Assemble tostadas by placing the lettuce on the tortillas. Place the burger on the lettuce and top with salsa. Drizzle sauce over the salsa and serve.
