Remix your open face burger! Topped with tangy mayo sauce and peppy pickle salsa, this is not your usual backyard burger.
- To make a sauce- Combine mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, and 2 tablespoons pickle juice. Set aside.
- To create salsa – In a separate bowl, combine pickles, avocado, tomato and red onion. Set aside.
- Toast tortillas on the grill for 5 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Cook burgers for about 8 minutes, turning once, or until done.
- Assemble tostadas by placing the lettuce on the tortillas. Place the burger on the lettuce and top with salsa. Drizzle sauce over the salsa and serve.
