Make everyone's favorite Mac N' Cheese dish extra spooky this Halloween with spinach and green pasta shells.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes. Add the milk and whisk in to make sure there are no lumps.
- Add the prepared mustard, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper and stir.
- Remove from the heat and add the shredded cheese. Stir in the drained spinach.
- Add a few drops of green food coloring, if desired and stir to incorporate. For even more dramatic look add either broccoli florets or cauliflower. Serve immediately.
