- In a bowl, add chicken, soy sauce & 1/2 tsp black pepper. let marinate for half hour or up to 4 hours. in a small bowl mix 1/4 tsp. black pepper, the sugar and salt. Set a side for now.
- In a wok or 12 inch frying pan heat up the olive oil on high, add red chili pepper flakes first and then marinated chicken and stir fry for about 5 minutes until the chicken is almost cooked through, add the bell pepper strips and the sugar, black pepper, salt mix. stirfry a few more minutes. until chicken is cooked through and bell peppers are tender, but still bright and a little crisp. remove from heat and add the toasted sesame seed oil, serve over steamed rice and enjoy.
