  1. Using a cookie cutter or a small glass, cut a circle out of each slice of rye bread. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and broil just until toasted. Watch them closely. Remove from oven.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture on each toasted round, then top with a small amount of mozzarella.
  4. Pop the rounds back in the broiler just until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve warm.
