Tuna Salad with Hardboiled Eggs and Tomato

Tuna salad is a popular lunch plate and this one comes together quickly...perfect for a busy afternoon!



  1. Hard boil the egg(s) by placing them in a small saucepan and covering them with cool water. Bring the water to a rapid boil, then lower the heat and cover. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, drain the tuna and empty into a small bowl.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the tuna.
  4. Peel the hard-boiled egg and crumble it by pressing with a fork. Then add the crumbles to the tuna.
  5. Add the ranch dressing to the tuna and mix well until all the ingredients are blended. Add salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Eat as is or spread on toasted bread for a delicious sandwich.
