Tuna salad is a popular lunch plate and this one comes together quickly...perfect for a busy afternoon!
Hard boil the egg(s) by placing them in a small saucepan and covering them with cool water.
Bring the water to a rapid boil, then lower the heat and cover. Let sit for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and empty into a small bowl.
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the tuna.
Peel the hard-boiled egg and crumble it by pressing with a fork. Then add the crumbles to the tuna.
Add the ranch dressing to the tuna and mix well until all the ingredients are blended. Add salt and pepper as desired.
