Spring time means picnics and barbecues are around the corner. This classic salad will be a hit with your family and friends!
- Cook pasta as instructed on the box, adding chicken broth to the water. Continue cooking pasta according to package directions; then strain and rinse under cold water. Make sure pasta has completely dried.
- In a small bowl, make the dressing by combining yogurt, mayonnaise, and orange juice. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cubed turkey breast, apple, celery, grapes, and parsley. Toss lightly in yogurt dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts and orange zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
