Chop the onions, mince the garlic, and dice the peppers

Brown turkey in a large pan with the onions and garlic. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Place drained turkey and all other ingredients in slow cooker and place on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
