Who says you have to wait for Thanksgiving to enjoy a hearty helping of stuffing? This classic Americana dish pairs beautifully any time of year with any protein. And here's a fun idea: this stuffing makes boring breakfasts a thing of the past and is a great way to take advantage of leftovers. Just fry a couple of eggs and place atop a slice of stuffing. Top it all off with Hollandaise sauce and watch the sparks fly at your table.

- Boil chicken broth and mix with staffing based on the size of prepared staffing per directions on package.
- Mix moist stuffing, celery, celery seeds, translucent shallots along with brown butter, parsley, salt and pepper together in a baking dish. Bake at 350° until top of staffing is slightly golden. Do not overcook or stuffing will dry out.
