  1. In a skillet, sauté the onions and celery until softened, then add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, then add the half-and-half, flour, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Cook until thickened, then add the turkey and continue cooking.
  2. Add the spaghetti and stir to combine. Transfer all ingredients to an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Dot with butter and bake in a 360-degree oven for approximately 25 minutes.
