- In a skillet, sauté the onions and celery until softened, then add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, then add the half-and-half, flour, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Cook until thickened, then add the turkey and continue cooking.
- Add the spaghetti and stir to combine. Transfer all ingredients to an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Dot with butter and bake in a 360-degree oven for approximately 25 minutes.
