A perfect dish for a picnic, without having to worry about keeping it chilled.

  1. Peel and boil potatoes until easily pierced with fork, dice and mash in large bowl
  2. add onions, dill weed and salt
  3. Stir in oil and stir
  4. stir in vinegar in 1/8th cups full until texture is creamy with some lumps, and potato salad is at desired tartness.
  5. can be served warm or cold
