- Peel and boil potatoes until easily pierced with fork, dice and mash in large bowl
- add onions, dill weed and salt
- Stir in oil and stir
- stir in vinegar in 1/8th cups full until texture is creamy with some lumps, and potato salad is at desired tartness.
