- Prep homemade vegan parmesan by combining nutritional yeast, cashews, salt and garlic powder in a food processor and pulse until contents resemble a grainy consistency.
- Combine all other ingredients plus 1/2 cup of the homemade Parmesan in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
