Avocados in chocolate mousse may sound like an odd combination, but it creates a creamy and vegan dessert that all will love. Check out this recipe for a Vegan Chocolate Mousse!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a blender, combine the chocolate chips, the diced avocados, the vanilla, the maple syrup, the milk, the salt, and the cocoa powder.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add additional milk if the mixture seems too thick.
  3. Place in serving containers (glass ramekins or small mason jars) and refrigerate overnight to firm up.
  4. Top with vegan whipped cream and raspberries if desired.
