Here's a vegan twist on a classic dip favorite. You can now eat seven layer taco dip without the meat or dairy! It's perfect with a side of chips.
In a 6x9” pan, spread each of the ingredients in an even layer in the pan, starting with the refried beans, then the sour cream, avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
Garnish with green onions or salsa if desired.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge and serve cool or at room temperature alongside tortilla chips.
