- Using the oil or butter, grease a 8”-9” pie plate or other shallow round pan. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into pre-scored triangles. Arrange them in the bottom of the pan or pie plate, ensuring they come all the way up the sides and the seams between triangles are sealed together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, then add the cheese, onion, red pepper, zucchini, spinach, salt and pepper and stir. As an alternative, if you prefer softer vegetables, sauté them for a few minutes before combining with the eggs and milk.
- Pour the mixture into the crescent roll-lined pan and place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Serve immediately.
