This one-pan veggie-fried rice dish blends together the fresh flavors of carrots, peas and onions with fluffy eggs and rice, all generously soaked in soy sauce.

Directions
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Heat sesame oil in pan on medium. Stir in chopped onions and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Push onions over to the side and add 2 eggs. Stirring continuously until done. Add in defrosted peas and carrots and stir all together.
- Add in rice, soy sauce and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Top with green onions.
