Select ingredients:


  1. Place all ingredients except green onions and tortilla chips in a food processor and puree on low until chickpeas are mostly pulverized (some chunks are OK).
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with green onions.
  3. Serve at room temperature alongside tortilla chips.
