Collards are a staple at Southern family meals. These collars are loaded with peppers and flavor.
- Heat a pot on medium heat and add olive oil. Add 1/2 bag of vegetables (or more if you please) to the oil and sweat for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Gradually add greens and saute. Once all of the greens are in the pot, add broth to pot. Cook greens until they are tender (about 30 minutes).
