In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion on medium-low heat. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, Thyme, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper and salt and pepper.
- Add cooked meat and onion. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
