Traditional breakfast casserole loaded with savory veggies.

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onion on medium-low heat. Drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, Thyme, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper and salt and pepper.
  3. Add cooked meat and onion. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
