Whether you’re following a new year’s resolution or simply trying to choose better-for-you foods, quinoa is a grain that you may want to try. It’s super nutritious and goes perfectly with lots of different dishes, including our recipe for Quinoa Veggie Fried Rice. Select ingredients:


  1. Make the sauce by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a plate and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and add the broccoli, onion, bell pepper, and corn kernels. Sauté the vegetables until tender and beginning to brown, about 7 minutes.
  4. Add the quinoa, eggs, and reserved sauce and continue to cook, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with the sliced scallions.

Recipe Tip: Make this dish even easier by using your favorite store-bought stir fry sauce.
