Versatile Fish Rolls

Serve these as appetizers, or as a delicious, economical, alternative to a lobster roll.


Select ingredients:


  1. Poach the fish until cooked through.
  2. While the fish is poaching, chop the vegetables.
  3. Place the fish in a bowl and add the vegetables then the seasonings and mix well.
  4. Place a couple of inches of water in a fry pan big enough to hold a rice wrap.
  5. Heat the water but do not bring to a boil.
  6. You only need to soften the wraps, not cook them.
  7. Place a wrap into the hot water and let it soften.
  8. Put several lettuce leaves in the center of the soft rice wrap.
  9. Top with the fish mixture and then close the wrap over it all as you would a small burrito.
