- Place the sugar and water in a saucepan. Boil for approximately 5 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- In a blender, place all the berries and the orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add the simple syrup, then blend again. Strain until smooth, then chill.
- Fill each stemless wine glass to approximately halfway with the berry mixture.
- Fill the remainder of each glass with dry sparkling wine.
