- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove frozen pie crust from packaging and set aside until ready to use.
- Use a handheld mixer to mix corn syrup, honey and eggs in a large bowl. Add salt, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Fold in one cup of chopped peanuts to the pie mixture. Pour mixture into the frozen pie crust, then top with additional 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts scattered across the top of the pie.
- Bake pie at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until middle is completely set. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before serving.
