- Pour 6 cups of water into a medium sauce pan and add in sugar and salt. Boil the mixture at high heat and stir occasionally.
- Blend the pieces of watermelon with 1 cup of water in a blender or food processor.
- Strain the sugar syrup and watermelon blend and pour into a pitcher. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add in the blueberries and star-shaped watermelon and serve over ice.
