Enjoy summer with easy and dairy free slushies you can drink out of watermelon halves. Blend up this delicious frozen treat that doesn't even need cups!
- Cut the top off of a watermelon and scoop out the fruit and reserve ½ cup of the juice. Spread out the watermelon pieces on a baking sheet and freeze for an hour or two.
- In a large blender, place the frozen watermelon, the honey, the coconut milk, the lime juice, the vanilla, and the watermelon juice. Blend until you reach the desired slushie consistency.
- Fill four glasses ¾ full with the slushie mixture and top each glass with a small amount of lemon-lime soda, then stir and serve!
