Enjoy summer with easy and dairy free slushies you can drink out of watermelon halves. Blend up this delicious frozen treat that doesn't even need cups!

  1. Cut the top off of a watermelon and scoop out the fruit and reserve ½ cup of the juice. Spread out the watermelon pieces on a baking sheet and freeze for an hour or two.
  2. In a large blender, place the frozen watermelon, the honey, the coconut milk, the lime juice, the vanilla, and the watermelon juice. Blend until you reach the desired slushie consistency.
  3. Fill four glasses ¾ full with the slushie mixture and top each glass with a small amount of lemon-lime soda, then stir and serve!
